The flue gases SO2, HCl will be scrubbed by using caustic scrubber and further in ventury scrubber. De-NOx system will be provided in Ammonia Section. In Nitrobenzene Plant, vent gases will be scrubbed in benzene recovery unit. Organic tar generated from the Aniline Plant will be burnt in Aniline Incinerator. The benzene vapors from Aniline plant will be scrubbed by chilled nitrobenzene solution. Fugitive emissions of HCl, Cl2 will be controlled by ventury scrubbers. Benzene vapors will be controlled by condensation techniques and scrubbing by chilled nitrobenzene solution. Aniline vapors will be controlled by cooling techniques.
