Balaji Agrotech setting up a 15000 mt fertilizer unit at MPAKVN Meghnagar in Jhabua in Madhya Pradesh with an investment of Rs. 4.85 million. The manufacturing process of granulated NPK (Mixture Fertilizer) will use very simple mixing. In process, the required raw materials i.e. N (Urea), P (Single Super Phosphate) K (Murate of Potash) Di- Ammonium Phosphate and Filler are mixed together and then send to the hoppers through conveyor belt and to granulator drum to form granulates along with water. Further, the same material passes through dryer drum where the hot air passes at temperature of 450-800 degree through furnace to dry the material and then it is transferred to cooling drum for cooling the material. There hot and cold air passes through cyclone. Finally the material is shifted to screen where the granulates pass through required mesh, after screening there may be some undersize or oversize production will be passed through Hammer mill where its size will be made accurate and lastly the material is shifted to hoppers for packing in H.D.P.E. bags. The various raw materials required for the proposed plant will be urea, D.A.P., Single super phosphate, filler, M.O.P. etc.
